At Dutch Haven Assisted Living, residents and their families can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with 24- hour personalized care seven days a week. Our 2.5 acre campus is located just 20 miles south of Winchester VA and offers both Assisted Living and a specialized neighborhood for those with memory impairment called Morning Glory.

Dutch Haven has been locally owned and operated since 1991 by a clinical psychologist and a psychiatrist. Together, they bring many years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of dementia and cognitive disorders such as Alzheimer's disease.

We offer personalized services that support and nurture the independence of each of our residents. An assessment is conducted by our nurse, to determine a specialized, individual care plan. With three delicious meals and snacks served daily, comfortable dining and living spaces, and daily acitivies that encourage social, physical, spiritual and intellectual well being, Dutch Haven is committed to making sure our residents feel right at home.
